TIA Payment Information for WPP
The total analysis fee to be paid by the investor to TÜBİTAK BİLGEM before the Technical Interaction Analysis for WPP consists of the multiplication of the mechanical power planned to be installed and the analysis fee per MW.
If deemed necessary by the State Airports Authority (DHMI), the fee flow will be applied again since the examination of the WPP project in DHMI systems will require a new application.
TIA Prices for WPP:
- If a Technical Interaction Analysis has not been previously performed for the WPP project:
(Total mechanical power x 6,500 TL) + VAT
- If only the total mechanical power will be increased (new turbine addition or capacity increase) in the WPP project where TIA has been previously performed:
(Mechanical power to be increased x 6,500 TL) + VAT
- If any change (location, brand, model, size, etc.) will be made in the WPP project without changing the total mechanical power in the WPP project where TIA has been previously performed:
(Total mechanical power x 3,250 TL) + VAT
- If the total mechanical power will be reduced in the WPP project where TIA has been previously performed:
(Total mechanical power after the change x 3,250 TL) + VAT
- If there are changes in both registered turbines (location, brand, model, size, etc.) and an increase in the total mechanical power in a WPP project where TIA has been previously performed:
(Mechanical power to be increased x 6,500 TL) + (Total mechanical power before the change x 3,250 TL) + VAT
- The unit of mechanical power is MW, and calculations for pricing include the decimal part in power values. For example, for a project with a total mechanical power of 1,5 MW and no previous TIA performed, the pricing calculation would be:
1.5 MW x 6,500 TL = 9,750 TL + VAT
Payments should be made to the following account number, and the explanation section of the receipt should include the Company Name, Project Name, and Tax Identification Number. In the recipient section, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM should be written.

TIA Payment Information for WPP
The fee for applying Technical Interaction Analysis (TIA) for Solar Energy Systems (SES) is calculated based on the total power of the project (MW).
Technical Interaction Analysis Pricing for SES Projects:
- When the total power is less than 12 MW → 50,000 TL + VAT
- When the total power is higher than 12 MW → Total Project Power (MW) x 4,000 TL + VAT
Payments should be made to the following account number, and the explanation section of the receipt should include the Company Name, Project Name, and Tax Identification Number. In the recipient section, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM should be written.

TIA Payment Information for Artificial Obstacles
The fee for the Technical Interaction Analysis (TIA) to be conducted for artificial obstacles (antenna towers, buildings, chimneys, bridges, etc.) will be calculated based on the base area of the minimum bounding box that encompasses the artificial obstacle.
Technical Interaction Analysis Pricing for Artificial Mania:
- Base area from 0 m² to 250,000 m² → 150,000 TL + VAT
- Base area from 250,000 m² to 2,000,000 m² → 150,000 TL + 32,000 TL + VAT for every 250,000 m²
- When the floor area is larger than 2.000.000 m² and/or the number of systems to be examined is more than 3 → Project-specific price work is applied.
For example, the amount to be paid for a project with a base area of 500,001 m² would be (150,000 + 32,000 + 32,000) = 214,000 TL + VAT.
